For my project in IT204 VB.Net Programming subject in Informatics, I created the Birth Registration software. The software is implemented using Visual Basic 2008, Access Database backend and Crystal Reports. This software can be used by a government agency on birth registration services such as the Office of the Civil Registrar.
USER INTERFACES
LOGIN FORM – only authorized personnel can access the software by providing username and password in the login form.
MAIN MENU FORM – the Main Menu allows access to different features of the program
CHILD BIRTH INFO FORM - allows user to add, edit, and delete child birth records.
ABOUT FORM – displays information about the software.
CERTIFICATE – this is the generated Birth Certificate.
CITY/MUNICIPALITY FORM - allows user to add, edit, and delete city/municipality records.
PROVINCE FORM- allows user to add, edit, and delete province records.
RELIGION FORM- allows user to add, edit, and delete religion records.
USER MANAGEMENT FORM - allows user to add, edit, and delete users.
